Ingrid Durán is a partner of our firm. She has a degree in Public Accounting, and graduated from Universidad Santa María, with a specialization in International Tax Law from Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires. Her professional practice is focused on tax planning and tax management, international taxation, handling and management of control processes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring of organizations.

Her professional career began as a tax auditor at PwC Venezuela, culminating in her career at Ernst & Young Venezuela as Senior Tax Manager (1989-1999). Subsequently, he became Vice-President of Tax at Citibank Venezuela (2000-2009), then became Tax Manager at Grupo Financiero Mercantil (2009-2011), and at IBM de Venezuela he became Tax Manager, providing support to the finance, procurement, and regulatory areas (2011-2021).
