Dubraska has a specialization in International Economic and Integration Law, as well as studies in Tax Law.

She has experience in various corporate matters such as M&A, assistance in domestic and cross-border transactions, due diligence, contracts, corporate governance, creation and liquidation of companies and other issues of interest to individuals and corporations.

Her professional experience was developed in Law Firms as well as in one of the Big Four as a Legal Consultant; later she joined LEGA, where she became a Junior Partner in 2021.

Currently, she is an Associate of Sol Caballero & Asociados and belongs to several professional associations such as the Venezuelan Society of Compliance, SOVEDEM Venezuelan Society of Commercial Law, AVA Venezuelan Association of Arbitration and Alumni UCAB.
