This Partial Reform Law was published on April 1, 2022, and became effective as of its publication in the Official Gazette.

On May 1, 2022, an amendment was made to Decree No. 4683 published in Official Gazette No. 6,697, which establishes the Import Tax, Value Added Tax, and Customs Regime Determination Tax Exemptions for the importation of the goods indicated in Chapter II of this Decree.

We would like to share with you Decree 4685 by means of which the ISLR is exempted on the enrichments coming from the liquidation of capital and interests of the investments made in T.V. issued and guaranteed by the BCV.

This Decree was published on May 6, 2022 and will be in force for one year, as from its publication in the Official Gazette.
