María Fernanda Lavié is a partner of our firm and is part of the Corporate Department. María Fernanda is a graduate of Universidad Santa María, with a specialization in Corporate Law from Universidad Metropolitana. Her professional practice is mainly focused on the areas of Contracts, Project Finance, Capital Markets, M&A, and Organizational Restructuring.

In her professional practice, she worked as a Senior Lawyer at KPMG Escritorio Jurídico (2000-2005). Subsequently, she worked as a Lawyer at the Sindicatura Municipal de la Alcaldía del Municipio Chacao (2013-2014). She also served as Legal Advisor at Sinergia, Entidad de Inversión Colectiva Inmobiliaria Turística, C.A. (2014-2017) and has been Legal Consultant in several local organizations.
